Tamilnadu Test house conducts stability studies testing as per regulatory requirements to ensure the products functionality during its intended shelf life and consumer use. We test the following parameters on specified interval under controlled environments.

2. Chemical Parameters
3. Microbial parameters
4. Packaging Compatibility
5. Label Claim.

Types of Study

Long term* 25°C ± 2°C/60% RH ± 5% RH or 30°C ± 2°C/65% RH ± 5% RH 12 months
Intermediate** 30°C ± 2°C/65% RH ± 5% RH 6 months
Accelerated 40°C ± 2°C/75% RH ± 5% RH 6 months

*It is up to the applicant to decide whether long term stability studies are performed at 25 ± 2°C/60% RH ± 5% RH or 30°C ± 2°C/65% RH ± 5% RH.

 

**If 30°C ± 2°C/65% RH ± 5% RH is the long-term condition, there is no intermediate condition.

 

During the shelf life study, tested parameters are compared against a control sample. We design specific protocols for every product to fulfill the the specific needs of the client covering a wide range of products and applications.
